Facts
The appellant herein took out a writ of summons and accompanied by a Statement of Claim against the respondent for wrongful and unlawful termination of his contract of employment.
The trial court in its judgment found in favour of the claimant in respect of his 1st and 2nd reliefs and dismissed the counter claim of the respondent.
The respondent appealed to the Court of Appeal while the appellant whose claim was partially granted cross appealed also.
However, both the appeal and cross appeal were dismissed accordingly.
Dissatisfied with the respective outcomes, the appellant and respondent went further and appealed to the Apex Court against the judgment of the Court of Appeal.
